1. Issuing export tariff, preferential import tariffs according to the list of taxable items.
2. Export Tariff according to the list of taxable items.
3. Import Tariff according to the list of taxable items.
4. Preferential import tax on imported used cars.
5. This Circular takes effect from1 January 2013.
6. This Circular replaces Circular No. 157/2011/TT-BTC dated 14 January 2011 by MOF.
